The terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop "Koda Artworks" (hereinafter referred to as "online shop")

4. Contract conclusion

By setting the items to the online shop, we do not release a binding purchase offer. Rather, the contract with us only comes about through your order on the one hand ("offer") and by the express confirmation of the order or the delivery of the goods by us ("acceptance"). If we do not react to your order customer order within 2 weeks, they are no longer bound to them. Before the contract is concluded (i.e. the acceptance of your offer by us) there is no entitlement to fulfillment, e.g. to the delivery of ordered goods.

Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. We therefore only accept orders in customary household quantities.


5. Shipping costs

We offer our customers free shipping within Germany. When shipping abroad, you will wear the shipping or delivery costs and any customs duties as well as excess and import fees.


6. Payment

Payment can be made via PayPal, Apple Pay, credit card (MasterCard and Visa), invoice purchase (Klarna).

 

7. Removal of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.


8. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors as soon as possible with the deliverer and please contact us immediately. The failure of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and its enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.


9. Cancellation policy

You can cancel the order in whole or in part within seven calendar days without preconditions or fees.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke the contract concluded with us without giving reasons within fourteen days. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, which is not a promoter, the goods (or the last goods, partial broadcast or piece in the event of a contract for several goods or the delivery of a goods have taken possession in several partial programs or pieces.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by clearly declaring your decision to cancel the contract. You can use the model cancellation form shown below, but this is not prescribed. Your return must be returned from the return confirmation within 10 days. The return costs can vary and must be borne by the buyer.

International returns (Austria, Denmark, Belgium, Czech Republic, Italy, France, Luxembourg): The return costs must be borne by the buyer and can vary depending on the order quantity and weight.

To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification to the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.


Consequences of the revocation:

If you revoke the contract, we will reimburse you all payments for those acquired that we received from you. This repayment will take place immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day, on which the notification of your revocation of the contract has been received. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. In no case will we charge you for the repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have returned the goods or until you have provided the proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which the earlier time is.
You must return to us immediately and in any case within ten days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.

The deadline is preserved if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. They bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the quality, properties and functionality of the goods not necessary to deal with them.


END OF REVOCATION

We would like to point out that we are not obliged to withdraw obviously used goods. We also point out that for goods caused by you can request value replacement.

12. Contract language

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.


13. Applicable law

German law is to be applied to all claims arising from the contractual relationship, excluding the UN sales law; Mandatory consumer protection law, which applies at your place of residence, remains unaffected.
